Recovered funds will be processed through the disbursement system in your client portal. Transfer methods and timelines will be communicated to you directly. You are responsible for providing accurate banking or wallet details for receiving recovered funds.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and services at our discretion, including but not limited to: providing false information, abusive behaviour, or breach of these Terms. You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
